Home owners in Ireland who wish to sell or let a property are now required by law to provide prospective purchasers or tenants with a Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate.

Our Building Energy Ratings are completed to rigorous quality procedures and are fully indemnified and guaranteed.If you are considering an energy efficient refurbishment, we provide a comprehensive home energy survey service and report detailing energy efficiency options and upgrades.
